I've been attending these classes weekly since I came across them on google. Claire is a great instructor - I felt comfortable and welcomed in the 1st session (I was completely new to the practice) and found the classes rewarding from the start. 18 months later I'm still attending weekly and finding that Claire does a great job of giving the class activities that beginners can get stuck into and giving layers of nuance that you can ignore at the start but start to get to grips with later on. I'm still feeling appropriately stretched each time and leave the sessions always more grounded than I arrived. Highly recommended!

Claire is an excellent instructor and I really enjoy her Tai Chi & Qi Gong classes. I feel fresh, invigorated, clear with much less muscle tension after each class. Claire gives clear concise instruction throughout the class ensuring we are all able to get the best out of each movement. I highly recommend Tai Chi Body & Mind Bristol. With gratitude. xx

Claire is a great instructor. I have been regularly attending classes for several years. I also hired Claire to deliver some classes in the workplace and she did an excellent job on tailoring them to beginner level.

This is a real skill of hers - balancing the need to provide more experienced attendees with detail and challenge, and explaining the fundamentals to beginners, so that all can gain value from classes.

Tai Chi based Qi Gong is a great way to connect with your body and mind, and I highly recommend Claire!

I have been attending Claire's Tai Chi Body and Mind sessions for the last year and a half on moving to Bristol. She is great at teaching the sessions - I had never done Tai Chi before Claire's classes. I find it great for helping managing the stresses and worries of life and would really recommend these classes for all ages. I have attended both in person and video classes with Claire and both have been very enjoyable and helpful. Thanks Claire!

When I first came across Tai Chi Body and Mind I had been suffering from long term illness, depression and anxiety. After being instructed by Claire for a few sessions I noticed a big change in my physical health and mental health. Im very grateful to Claire and Tai Chi Body and Mind. Kind regards Ian.
