UWE Student Union staff relax with Tai Chi

UWE Students Union Staff get really busy at this time of year. I recently worked with them following their hectic fresher’s week. Staff met for a relaxing breakfast followed by a taster session with some introductory Tai Chi exercises designed to calm the mind and energise the body. We finished with a lovely lying down meditation to set everyone up for the day.
