Tai Chi for Parkinson’s returns

Tai Chi for Parkinson’s returns to Lincombe Barn Downend on Friday 9th September. This is a relaxed and friendly class run by myself and Sarah B from Buqi works. We meet every Friday during school term times and you can start any time you want. The class includes two sessions and a tea / coffee break where there is usually some lovely home made cake to sample.

The class caters for all abilities and mobility levels, and you can exercise standing or sitting. We focus on helping with Parkinson’s symptoms such as posture and balance and spend time helping everyone to achieve the most from the class. You can push yourself as much or as little as you want. We also welcome your family and carers.

The class is supportedy by Bristol Parkinson’s group – part of Parkinson’s UK so we can keep the cost to £7.00 per session.

When and Where:

Lincombe Barn, Downend Folk House BS16 2RW.

Fridays in school terms. 10.15 – 12.15 (Includes tea/coffee break). Starts 9th September.
